How to get paid out of web pages / websites?

I came in a good amount of money I want to start my own web page. It kindof a blog with a lot of interviews and photographs and review events AMD some local stars in my city. I heard that people make money out of their web pages / websites ….. I was wondering how do I do that. My goal is to make this Web site as large as possible and it would be nice make a little money off the page …. Help please:)

If you intend to make a professional website, have not even think to use any type of host you for free! Buy a domain that has a good sense of what you want to do (if your city is called "Dodge City, choose a domain name like "DodgeCity" and not "mylittletown"). THEN, rent a server. For the quality and convenience, rent a server LAMP (Linux / Unix, Apache, PHP, MySQL). DO NOT accept any servers WINDOW: they will end up costing you a lot of money for nothing. THEN, make a "business Plan ": What do you want your website to do. then with good coders and designers and bring them to your site. Finally, when the site is operational, Advertising in local newspapers (or TV if you are a millionaire). If you offer services or products, you can get an income there! But remember the first rule is that content is a successful site. Nobody cares about you! (Sad reality!)
